Jillian Gutierrez

Jillian is a board-certified Family Nurse Practitioner who began her healthcare career as a Registered Nurse in 2014. She spent the final two years of her nursing career in the Intensive Care Unit at Springfield Regional Medical Center in Springfield, Ohio, where she developed strong critical care skills and a deep commitment to patient advocacy. Jillian earned her Master of Science in Nursing with a focus as a Family Nurse Practitioner from Purdue University in 2021. She is passionate about family medicine and values the opportunity to build long-term, trusting relationships with her patients.

Jillian lives in Springfield with her husband and their five children. A self-taught baker, she enjoys creating cakes and cupcakes for others in her free time. She looks forward to continuing to serve patients and the community through Diley Medical Group, with a focus on building lasting relationships and providing compassionate, patient-centered care.
