CINDY BERTHOLD

CNP

Cindy is a dedicated Nurse Practitioner with a rich background in patient-centered care. She began her nursing journey at Mount Carmel School of Nursing and earned her BSN from Franklin University. Her early career as an RN focused on medical-surgical hospital settings, where she built a strong clinical foundation.

In 2001, she advanced her expertise by earning a graduate degree from Otterbein University, becoming a Certified Nurse Practitioner. Since then, her entire CNP career has been devoted to serving residents in skilled nursing facilities, assisted living, and long-term care environments—providing thoughtful, consistent care to some of the most vulnerable populations.

Outside of work, she enjoys traveling, gardening, spending time with her family and grandchildren, and caring for her three cats.
