Lana Shishlo

Lana joined Diley Medical Group in January 2026. With more than 10 years of RN/BSN experience in both long‑term and acute care, and nearly five years as a Nurse Practitioner in primary and value‑based care, she brings a deep passion for supporting her patients and colleagues.

Originally from Belarus, Lana and her family came to the United States in 2005 in search of new opportunities. She worked diligently to become an RN in 2011 (Columbus State Community College), earned her BSN in 2016 (Ohio University, Athens), and completed her Master’s degree in 2021 (Mount Carmel College of Nursing). Lana feels grateful every day for the privilege and responsibility of caring for patients as part of her life’s journey.



Lana, her husband Viktor, and their orange tabby cat, Junior, enjoy living among the fields of Madison County. In her free time, Lana loves gardening, exploring local trails, and singing. She also has a large family with many grandchildren, most of whom live nearby and visit often.
