Lori's training includes earning a degree as a Certified Health Coach, Weight Management Specialist & Diabetes Prevention Program Lifestyle Coach. Her career as a Health Coach was derived from her own journey after receiving a life altering diagnosis that would push her to take control of her health holistically. After seeing amazing results, she was inspired to become a Coach to help others achieve their optimal weight, health & wellness. Lori lives in the Columbus, OH area with her two grown children, grandchild and one on the way.
