Diley Medical Group is now a REMS‑certified SPRAVATO® (esketamine) Treatment Center, offering this FDA‑approved option for adults with treatment‑resistant depression under the required monitoring and safety protocols.

What Is SPRAVATO®?

SPRAVATO® (esketamine) is a prescription nasal spray for adults with treatment‑resistant depression. Because of important safety requirements, it can only be administered in a REMS‑certified medical setting where patients are monitored during and after treatment.

As a privately owned, patient‑driven practice, we are committed to expanding access to evidence‑based mental health treatments. Adding SPRAVATO® allows us to support patients who have tried two or more antidepressants without adequate relief and may need a different approach.

What to Expect During Treatment

Because SPRAVATO® must be taken in‑office, patients remain at the clinic for observation after each dose. Our care team guides you through every step, from your first appointment to ongoing follow‑up.


You must also have a driver who can take you home after every treatment. This is a required safety measure for each visit, as patients are not permitted to drive themselves following SPRAVATO® administration.


Patients may also access educational materials such as the SPRAVATO® Patient Video Gallery and in‑office brochures to better understand the treatment process.

Does Insurance cover SPRAVATO®?

For those who qualify, SPRAVATO® is a medical treatment covered by most insurance plans, making access to care more affordable for eligible patients.
